We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24–48 hours on business days. For urgent project-related matters, clients with an active project agreement may use the communication channel specified in that agreement.

HASSIL LLC provides custom software development and related professional services. Payments are generally structured as deposits and milestone payments as defined in each project agreement.

Refunds: Deposits and milestone payments for work already performed are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled before work has started, any prepaid deposit may be refunded minus reasonable administrative costs, at our discretion. If we fail to deliver agreed deliverables as specified in the signed project agreement, the client may be eligible for a partial or full refund of fees paid for undelivered work, subject to the dispute resolution process below.

Disputes: If you have a billing dispute, contact us at contact@hassil.com within 14 days of the charge with your project reference and a description of the issue. We will investigate and respond within 10 business days. If we cannot resolve the dispute directly, parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation before pursuing other remedies as outlined in the project agreement.

If you paid by card and believe a charge is incorrect, you may also contact your card issuer to initiate a dispute in accordance with their policies.

Either party may cancel an engagement according to the terms of the signed project agreement. General guidelines:

• Before work begins: Either party may cancel with written notice. Prepaid amounts for unstarted work may be refunded per the refund policy above.
• After work has started:The client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date, plus any non-cancellable third-party costs incurred on the client's behalf.
• Notice: Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to contact@hassil.com and are effective upon our written confirmation.

Deliverables completed prior to cancellation will be provided to the client upon settlement of all outstanding invoices, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

HASSIL LLC sells professional software development and digital services only. We do not sell or ship physical goods.

Because our deliverables are custom digital services and intellectual property created to client specifications, traditional product returns do not apply. Acceptance of deliverables is governed by the milestone and acceptance criteria defined in each project agreement. If deliverables do not meet agreed specifications, clients should contact us at contact@hassil.com within the review period stated in the project agreement so we can address revisions or remediation.

HASSIL LLC complies with applicable U.S. laws and regulations. We do not knowingly provide services to individuals or entities on U.S. government restricted-party lists, or to jurisdictions subject to comprehensive U.S. trade sanctions, except where authorized by law.

Clients are responsible for ensuring their use of our deliverables complies with laws in their jurisdiction, including data protection, export control, and industry-specific regulations. We do not provide legal advice; clients should consult qualified counsel for compliance questions.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services if we reasonably believe doing so would violate applicable law or our compliance obligations.

From time to time, HASSIL LLC may offer promotional pricing, discounts, or special offers on services. Unless otherwise stated in writing for a specific promotion:

• Promotions apply only to new project engagements signed during the stated promotional period.
• Promotional rates cannot be combined with other discounts unless explicitly permitted.
• Promotional pricing applies only to the scope defined in the signed project agreement.
• We reserve the right to modify or end promotions at any time before a binding agreement is signed.
• Standard project terms, refund, and cancellation policies apply to all promotional engagements.
